I like the poltential in this location. The felled tree trunk modified to accommodate a seat. The illusion of the seat sitting on the water.

Prototype: Heron stool

A broken shop mirror, a multilayered cardboard block, some picture frame clips wire and aluminium tubes. There are two places I'd like to locate this, on a roof like the solitary smoking chairs you see from buses and bridges or in a stream/river. I like the way the collapsed fencing has collected the debris from high tide and made a natural high backed chair shape...right next to a DLR station a few feet from where hundreds of people pass every day but out of view

This chair has been discarded on the banks of the River Avon. It may have been thrown from the road I took the photo from or drifted into place on the flood tide. It doesn't look like its been placed there to be used. There's no cushion and the mould on its already grim coloured fabric blends into the bank's mix of brown and green.
